Type E

Purpose, Validity, and Usage

• Investment, employment, technical support and training/internship in Cambodia purpose only. Other purpose please contact our office directly in person
• Sticker visa is valid for 3 months with single entry
• 1 month for stay permit in Cambodia (Enter to Cambodia not over the expiry date of the visa)

Requirement Document

1. Personal Documents

   1. Passport with validity not less than 6 months + 1 Copied of data page and latest staypermit stamp in Thailand (for non-Thai)
      หนังสือเดินทางซึ่งมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน + สำเนา 1 ฉบับ หน้าข้อมูลและหน้าวีซ๋าไทยล่าสุดสำหรับชาวต่างชาติซึ่งไม่ใช้คนไทยVisa application form completely filled out and signed

   1. Flight itinerary to Cambodia (if travel by air, departure to or exit from Cambodia)
      ตัวเครื่องบินไปกัมพูชา (ถ้าเดินทางด้วยเครื่องปิน เข้าหรือออกจากประเทศกัมพูชา)
2. Company Documents in Cambodia or Thailand
   เอกสารบริษัทในประเทศกัมพูชาหรือประเทศไทย
   1. Company registration license or Certificate of Incorporation (COI)
      ใบอนุญาตจดทะเบียนบริษัท
   2. PATENT TAX (latest year)
      ใบชำระภาษี (ปีล่าสุด)
   3. Request letter from Company addressing to the Cambodian embassy (see sample below)
      หนังสือร้องขอจากบริษัทถึงสถานฑูตกัมพูชา (ดูตัวอย่างด้านล่าง)
3. Remark: The consular officer reserves the right to request additional documents as deemed necessary. (example as below)

   1. Employment Contract in Cambodia
      สัญญาจ้างงานในกัมพูชา
   2. Company’s Quota in Cambodia
      ใบโคตารับจ้างพนักงานต่างชาติในกัมพูชา
   3. Proof of financial evidence
      หลักฐานทางการเงิน
   4. Workpermit in Thailand or/and Certificate of Employment of Cambodia in Thailand
      ใบอนุญาตทำงานในประเทศไทย หรือ/และ หนังสือรับรองการทำงานจากบริษัทในไทย
   5. Birth certificate (English official) in case of accompanying parent working in Cambodia (also mentioned in the request letter 2.c)
      สูติบัตร (ภาษาอังกฤษ) กรณีติดตามบิดามารดาที่ทำงานในประเทศกัมพูชา
   6. Marriage certificate (English official) in case of accompanying spouse working in Cambodia (also mentioned in the request letter 2.c)
      ทะเบียนสมรส (ภาษาอังกฤษ) กรณีติดตามคู่สมรสที่ทำงานในประเทศกัมพูชา

Application and Procedure

Application open : 08:30-11:00 & 14:00-16:00
Procedure: Pickup on the next 3 business days from 16:45-17:00 or after the business day of the appointment date from 8:30-12:00 & 14:00-17:00

Extension of Stay in Cambodia

The Ordinary or Business Visa (E) visa can be extended at the Immigration Department in front of the Phnom Penh Airport for another 1 or 3 months and 6 or 12 months (work permit issued at Ministry of Labour of Cambodia is required: register work permit for foreign : https://fwcms.mlvt.gov.kh/workers/register)
